This Privacy Policy explains how FindLiveScan.com, operated by 10-8Media.com, collects and uses information when you visit the website or contact us. FindLiveScan.com is a directory. We do not take fingerprints and we do not receive background check results.

Information You Provide

When you submit the inquiry or referral forms, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, location and message. We use this information only to respond to your request, connect you with a provider when you ask us to, and improve the directory.

Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider and analytics tools record standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of your visit. Cookies may be used to keep the site working properly and to understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Search Information

The state, city and ZIP code you enter in the directory search are used to show matching locations. We do not ask for or store sensitive identifiers such as Social Security numbers through the search.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share form submissions only with a fingerprinting provider or partner when you ask us to make a connection, with service providers that help us run the website, or when required by law.

Provider Listings

Provider listings contain business and agency information that is publicly available or supplied by the provider. Providers can ask us to update or remove a listing at any time through the inquiry form.

Links to Other Websites

Listings link to provider, agency and scheduling websites that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Data Retention and Security

We keep form submissions only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record keeping, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect them. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete information you submitted by contacting us through the inquiry form.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
